Therapy that comes home to your table.
Expert pediatric feeding and myofunctional therapy in your home, with your foods, your routines and the people your child trusts most.
Real mealtimes. Real progress.
Children eat, play and rest at home, so that is where skills stick. In-home therapy lets us work with your foods, your routines and the people your child trusts most.
Familiar and calm
No waiting rooms or new places. Your child works where they feel safest, which means less stress and more willingness to try.
Your foods, your routine
We see real meals with the foods, cups, bottles and seating you actually use, so every strategy fits your life.
You become the expert
Coaching is built into every visit, so practice continues between sessions and progress happens faster.
Signs your child may benefit from an evaluation
- Mealtimes are long, stressful or a daily battle
- Eats a very short list of foods, and the list is shrinking
- Gags, coughs, chokes or vomits during meals
- Struggles moving to purees, solids, new textures or cups
- Difficulty with bottle or breastfeeding
- Mouth breathing, snoring or an open mouth at rest
- Tongue thrust or a low resting tongue posture
- Drooling beyond the toddler years
- Concerns about growth or weight from your pediatrician
Two specialties, one connected approach
Eating, swallowing and breathing all depend on the same muscles and structures. That is why we look at feeding and myofunctional health together.

Parents often ask
Do you accept insurance?
No. NTX is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance. Evaluations are $275 and therapy sessions are $110.
Private pay means your child's plan is built around what they need, not around insurance visit limits or approval timelines.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed to schedule with us. You can book a free consultation call directly.
How often are therapy sessions?
Your plan will recommend a frequency based on your child's needs and goals. Many families start with weekly sessions and adjust as skills grow.
What should I have ready for a session?
The foods, cups, bottles, utensils and seating your child normally uses, plus a few foods they like and one or two they are working on. We'll guide you on anything else.
Who needs to be there?
A parent or primary caregiver is present for every session. Coaching you is a big part of therapy, so the more you're involved, the faster progress happens.
What is myofunctional therapy?
Orofacial myofunctional therapy addresses how the muscles of the face, mouth and tongue work at rest and during breathing, chewing and swallowing. It focuses on healthy patterns like nasal breathing, lips closed at rest and proper tongue posture.
