Overview
This website is operated by NTX Feeding & Myofunctional Therapy Institute (“NTX,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or buying our products or services, you agree to these terms.

Educational information, not medical advice
Articles, guides, product recommendations and other free content on this site are for general education. They do not replace an individualized evaluation or the advice of your child’s physician, dentist, release provider, lactation consultant or therapist. Using this site does not create a therapist-patient relationship.

Digital product license
When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one clinician. Our digital products are not for mass distribution. Under this license you may:

  • Download, print and save the files for your own clinical use
  • Use the forms, templates and protocols with your own clients
  • Give copies of parent handouts, home program pages and kid-facing pages to the families of your own clients

You may not:

  • Share, email, upload or post the files for other clinicians or the public, including on shared drives, websites, social media or course platforms
  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute the files, in original or edited form
  • Use the materials to create competing products, courses or trainings
  • Remove NTX branding or copyright notices

Clinical judgment and payer requirements
Our templates, protocols and goals support, but do not replace, your clinical judgment, your scope of practice, the instructions of the child’s medical and dental providers, and the requirements of your state, employer and payers. We do not guarantee any clinical outcome, authorization or reimbursement.

Orders and pricing
Prices are listed on the site and may change at any time; changes don’t affect orders already placed. Digital products are delivered by download link after payment. See our refund policy for what happens if something goes wrong with an order.

We link to outside products, research and providers that we find useful. We aren’t responsible for their content, products or services, and a link is not a guarantee of any outcome.

Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, NTX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
