Knowledge is the foundation. Implementation is the difference.
We have access to more information than ever before, and anyone can take a course. Real growth happens when you apply it with someone beside you. NTX mentorship walks you through real cases so you build skill and confidence quickly.

Meagan Dungan, M.S., CCC-SLP
Meagan has served children and families since 2011 and specializes in pediatric feeding, swallowing and myofunctional therapy, including high-risk and medically complex infants.
Mentoring is where she does some of her favorite work. She has supervised and mentored clinical fellows, speech-language pathology assistants and graduate student externs, and built a solo practice into a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic. She knows firsthand that therapists grow fastest when they have someone to think through real cases with.

Who is mentorship for?
Therapists who serve, or want to serve, children with feeding or orofacial myofunctional needs, from clinical fellows to experienced clinicians adding a new specialty.
Can I switch between weekly and monthly?
Yes. Many therapists start weekly while they build confidence, then move to monthly as their caseload settles.
How do case consultations work?
You book a single session, share a de-identified summary of the case ahead of time, and leave with clear recommendations and a written summary.
How is client information protected?
All case discussions use de-identified information only. Please never share names, dates of birth or other identifying details about the children you serve.
